Short Term Rental (STR) in Annapolis

This 3 bedroom home was purchased in the early spring and needed to be completely updated and decorated to be on the summer short term rental market.  As such, cost and durability were the biggest concerns when making decisions for furniture and fabrics.  And, because it is attached on one side, bringing in as much light as possible was also a key factor.  This fun project was a sprint in downtown Annapolis.
